As many of the you know, and those who've seen the statistics. The spawn time of major pbs, which is every four days at 9 00GMT. Despite this time setting, it is unfair for the accretians and cora. The bellato prime time is roughly around this period boasting numbers at 50+, as where there are only about 15 maxium accretians and roughly 10 cora as I am informed. Even the CW attendence one hour prior has the same turnout. I'm just proposing the timer would be changed to be set to around 20 00GMT during the high point of all three races, rating about 40-60 players from each race. Or at the very least, during the spawn date, the timer be randomized and the percise time be indistinctive. Just a breif propose to make it more fair and for the game be more accessable to ALL players. Remeber it is a GLOBAL server, and it has global needs.
