After the domestic warfare of the ‘war of color’ against the Corans, the Psypers lost initiative on ‘H.F.F (Holy Force Follower)’; they were obedient to the holy force, having devoted their skills and power to the Bellatons. As a power of resurrection and recovery, the holy power was also known as the Mother Nature’s revival spell. After the Corans were gone, they placed the holy force power within Bellatons’ hands; continued to develop ever since. Those who have inherited or have mastered the force, especially the holy force power, were called Chandra.

The Psypers loved peace, and were respected by the Bellatons. With the responsibility of being respected, they taught their abilities and helped others. In addition, they insisted in maintaining a peaceful atmosphere in order to perform extreme accomplishment of holy force. They were free men when it came to politics. Although they were a citizen of Bellato, they denied any equality among them. The authority in such mundane world seemed trivial to them.

Nevertheless, as Chandras started using the force for evil, they became the main focus in the Bellato planet, where the struggle for authority took place. The great Chandras, who used only the power of mentality to threaten others and make them surrender, where essential strength in both ‘Monarchists’ and ‘Republicans’ warfares. People started calling them the Psypers. It means they are the ones with the power of threat and fear. They thought it was possible to enhance their power in the mundane world. They considered actual fights as practice. They strongly believed that the force power can be improved through experience gained by real action.

After the end of ‘Monarchists’ and ‘Republicans’ warfare, Bellato, ruled by an emperor, became a union. But that didn’t change the Bellato’s actions. They were in search of fields filled with blood and death, simply testing their own power over and over again. Wars have made them strong.
