The variety in excelsior

Excelsior, much different from holy stones, is an energy source that admits infinite amount of energy. Currently only 10 different kinds of excelsiors are found, and the effect that each one has is listed below.

	Black Excelsior	Used when fusing knife, sward, axe, mace, spear weapon items. Used when fusing high class dark force-rivers.
	Blue Excelsior	Used when fusing staff weapon items Used when fusing high class wind force-rivers
	Green Excelsior	Used when fusing bow weapon items
	Red Excelsior	Used when fusing fire arm weapon items Used when fusing high class fire force-rivers.
	Yellow Excelsior	Used when fusing launcher weapon items
	White Excelsior	Used when fusing high class white force-rivers
	Navy Excelsior	Used when fusing high class aqua force-rivers
	Brown Excelsior	Used when fusing high class terra force-rivers
	Purple Excelsior	Used when extracting or inserting certain abilities
	Olive Excelsior	UNKNOWN

Excelsior class

There are Excelsior class ranging from A~C. Each class can be used as the following instructions. The left column illustrates Excelsior’s class and name.

	Excelsior class A	Used when weapons with level 30~35 have fused
	Excelsior class B	Used when weapons with level 40 have fused
	Excelsior class C	Used when weapons with level 45 have fused

Acquire a Excelsior

As illustrated above, completed excelsior’s can only be dropped when defeating pit bosses in Coldrone volcanic areas, hence are extremely hard to obtain. However, normal monsters can drop fragments of excelsiors and users can combine these fragments into completed excelsiors.

※ Gold pen stones and silver pen stones can be purchased through merchants in main villages (HQ). When fusing to create completed excelsiors, fragments have to have same colors. Also the amount of excelsior fragments depends on the desired level of the completed excelsior.
Class A : 10 Excelsior fragments / Class B : 15 Excelsior fragments / Class C : 30 Excelsior fragments

The NPCs that expedite the fusion are consisted of hero’s from each 3 races (Vel-lato’s Bi-Hammer, Co-ra’s Giss Kadasha, and Acaresia’s Rotan the 3rd). These heroes are placed in village headquarters.
