	People in Bellato are frequently known for their bravery and militarism. By having freedom, justice, and valor as their core belief, they are willing to shed blood to protect their justice. However the downfall is that they misconstrue violent resolutions as a sign of bravery. The most prominent example is their love for the game of football. In the early era, Bellato’s Football matches were held in the middle of their village (since they did not have a specific field to play on). Back then, the game was held in any streets of the village and it was considered normal even when a person died from violent attacks from counter team members.

The violent nature of the game came from participants, who were usually made out of mercenaries and ex-soldiers. Not only was the game violent, it was also a tool to gain power and interests. The nature of the game soon became a major factor that hindered Bellato’s economy. Nonetheless the football game was a big attraction for the people of Bellato because, there were no restrictions on the number of players and each goal was at least one mile away (this has caused the game to last for hours). Especially on Tuesday before the celebration day for ‘The Creation of the Bellato Confederacy’ every people in a village gathered around at night and watched the game with candle lights. Since there were lacking any specific rule, the game was nothing but a big chaotic fight between two teams. ‘Valor’ is one of the key factors that drive the Ballato society. However if this goes out of hand, imposing restrictions is a necessity. To preserve their tradition and minimize unwanted casualties among themselves the confederate government imposed laws and restrictions that will regulate their beloved sports, which has now become a cultural festival to test their valor amongst themselves. Afterwards, Bellato found out that Accretia Empire and Cora shared similar sports in their culture as well. To capitalize on their most beloved sports, Ballato cooperated with Accretia and Cora to create a universal football game that is now called ‘Circle Zone Scrumble’.


	When discussing the path of Decems, people of Cora are usually a very quiet and meditating race. Rather than playing violent games, Cora’s culture is fond upon being close with the nature and spending times meditating on their own. However, as time progressed, Cora’s powers formidably stretched to conquer a significant portion of the galaxy. This has caused the holy alliance to become stronger and the people of Cora started to be active towards missionary work. Even though, Cora’s mysticism behaviors give them a sign of dread to other races, it also causes them to be very unapproachable. However, the monastery in Cora believes that in order to be successful at their missionary efforts, they have to participate in a cultural festival that universal for every different race.

This means that Cora needed ways to approach other races without setting barriers on themselves. In order to spread Cora’s culture and Decem’s beliefs, rather than enjoying something that only Cora can appreciate, they wanted to participate in activities that everyone else enjoys. Too achieve this, Cora created a ‘rule’ (that is set by the monastery and the Decem doctrine) where every game has to be enjoyed by everyone participating. No matter if there are 1 or 20 Visco race’s children. The ‘rules’ of any game in Cora (that is set by the monastery) is that everyone has to enjoy that game. While the missionary in Cora was keeping a close eye on how the children will actually start enjoying games, the younger generations in Cora naturally absorbed and integrated such ‘rules’ and ‘doctrine’ as a part of their daily religious practice. After designating football as one of their major sports, the missionaries actively promoted this phenomenon in not only Cora’s colonies but at their main planet as well. Football had an unbelievable popularity amongst younger generations who felt strangled by the strict religious custom that they had to follow. Soon Football’s popularity exceeded the Decem’s and Cora’s Monastery started to publicly disapproved football. However, the younger generation did not give up their love for football. Since then, football was played in colonies where Cora’s Monastery did not have jurisdiction and the rules of the game became more sophisticated. Ultimately, ‘Sease Darin’ (leader of the warrior tribe in Cora) formally brought football to religious court and started persuading the Monastery that football is not a harm to the Decem belief. Since the Monastery could not reject Sease Darin’s (who had largest support from the younger generation) argument, they accepted football as a cultural festival. Monastery thought that turning the younger generation’s love for football into studying Decem beliefs would actually be helpful to preserve their culture. Later, Cora found out that Accretia Empire and Bellato had similar football games in their culture as well. The Monastery thought that, even though they are considered to be nothing but metal scraps and heretic monkeys, Decem’s belief can be spread through football. Hence Cora cooperated with Accretia and Bellato to create a universal game that is now called ‘Circle Zone Scrumble’.


The researchers at the Albanium have been wondering for a long time to create a battle simulation that is safe and realistic for training purposes. Through countless researches, Accretia were able to find their ancient ideals that ‘sports’ was the best solutions for their problem. The ancients considered that putting a ball inside a gate, through means of kicking, was not only fun and games but also had the ‘rational’ and ‘logical’ attributes that was essential for military training. Not only that, this sport could be used to form unity and a sense of community in the military as well.

To conduct further studies on this notice, the researchers gave a ‘ball’ to children that weren’t given any mechanical body parts. After seeing the children playing with the ball, the researchers concluded that the children’s activity level was very violent and gave them a sense of competitive mindset to win over others and become victorious. Hence it was a perfect activity for the military to enhance their strength. After this successful experiment, behavioral Scientist at Albanium started coming up ways to integrate ‘ball’ and ‘collective battle’ into the code of war to create an effective battle simulation system. Although the initial efforts started as educating children (without any mechanical body parts) to teach them about collectivity and totalitarianism, the game became immensely popular amongst adults who had mechanical body parts. The early Harpastum was created as a war simulation system where ‘a player holds a ball and runs towards the other teams base and drop the ball to earn points’. Being a race that is always enthusiastic towards simple rules, the people of Accretia started to create they own strategies, and even showed bravery to go up against stronger players. This was an unprecedented scene that the scientist of Accretia had saw from a simulation model. However, Accretia ended up banning Harpastum, for being disruptive for the community, because the game only showed signs of strong vigor, which is the complete opposite of rationality (Accretia’s most valued thought). Lord Protector Gracchus, from the Accretia’s General Counsel, said that ‘this (Harpastum) is an act that will bring danger to our unity in the empire’ and Harpastum is left in a verge of being eradicated in Accretia’s society. However, Accretia’s military base (that is in constantly in war with Cora and Bellato) disagreed with the Lord Protector’s argument that Harpastum’s influence on soldier’s moral was monumental and caused the military to be more efficient in real battles. Through this, Accretia realized that banning Harpastum will not help the empire achieve victory in a war against Cora and Bellato. This is one famous story. Harpastum became a very controversial subject in Accretia and caused severe conflicts of interest between General Ulysses of the Golden Lion fleet, who supported the spread of Harpastum, and Lord protector Gracchus, who was against the existence of Harpastum. Emperor Rotan kessar had the each officials take ten imperial guards (all of them at level 60) and train them for a month, in their own way, to see who prevails wins the battle. A month has passed and both officials had their trained imperial guards fight one another in two teams. General Ulysses’s imperial guards, although they played nothing but Harpastum without leveling up, completely defeated Lord Protector Gracchus’s trained imperial guards although they went through intensive imperial military training and became level 62. Through this event Accretia’s Albarium researchers started to develop and refine Harpastum so that it can be better used for military training purposes. If the imperial military training developed individual fighting skills, Harpastum developed group fighting skills and increased soldier’s moral. Later on, Accretia found out that Bellato and Cora had games that had very similar rules to the Harpastum and used it as a tool to display their strength and increase moral within the Accretia military. So, Accretia cooperated with Bellato and Cora to create a universal sport that is called ‘Circle Zone Scrumble’

The Circle Zone Scrumble’s motto is <honor, dignity, and valor> and was presented by Ansiah (who was originally from Bellato but was turned into Accretia’s killing machine, after being captured, Ansiah was later captured by the 다인clan leader of Cora and transformed into a strong believer of Decem) the chairman ‘Universe Peace Conference’. These mottos were created to broadly spread the Circle Zone Scrumble to promote sportsmanship, and to bring peace among the three races. For Ansiah, the word ‘friendship’ should substitute for ‘valor’ because Circle Zone Scrumble serves it’s purpose as a sport not war. However due to the strong disdain from the three races the word ‘friendship’ is left out. Ansiah’s tenacious disapproval of placing the word ‘valor’ in the front had the word ‘honor’ come first and ‘valor’ last.

When the three race first participated in the Circle Zone Scrumble, Sease Darin who is the leader of the strongest clan in Cora (the Sease clan) said it herself that instead of putting emphasis on the word ‘valor’ she felt it was ‘participation that counts more than victory’. The statement symbolized the game as a bridge between the three races and foreshadows its role as ‘the sport that strives for peace’. Being heartfelt by her comment representatives from Bellato and Accretia honored her words and changed the motto to <participation that counts more than victory>

A matter made by Accretia (famous for boasting their scientific technology) the Gravity Stone plays a role as ‘The Ball’ in Circle Zone Scrumble by controlling gravity so that any objects will float to a certain height. Since the Gravity Stone cannot be kicked or thrown, it has to be moved by physically holding on it. An effective way to steal the Gravity Stone is by tackling the opponent to the ground
